Whirlpool dishwasher fault codes:

F1: Temperature sensor
Whirlpool dishwasher F1 error has 2 causes. First could be caused by the water entering the dishwasher been too cold (bellow -3°C) or too hot (above 85°C)
But in most cases this error is caused by a faulty thermostat (NTC sensor).

F2: Water Leak
Whirlpool dishwasher error F2 is caused by a activated flood switch in the bottom floor pan, meaning that there is a water leak. Mostly a cracked hose which has been leaking will cause this error.

F3: Heating Fault
Whirlpool dishwasher error F3 indicates that the water is heating too slow or not heating at all.
This can be caused by 3 things - Faulty heating element, faulty thermostat or bad connection between main PCB and heater.

F4: Draining Problems
Whirlpool dishwasher error F4 indicates that the dishwasher is having difficulties draining water. This is caused by a blocked/kinked drain hose, jammed pump or a faulty drain pump.

F5: Wash Pump Fault
Whirlpool dishwasher error F5 indicates that the wash pump is not rotating. This could be caused by a hard object like a piece of glass been stuck in the impeller or the wash pump could be faulty.

F6: Not filling

This could be caused by 4 things - closed water tap, blocked/kinked inlet hose, faulty water valve or a faulty flow meter.

F7: Flow Meter
